Description
The photo caption published in the Sacramento Bee on July 24, 1967 states: " The ferry across the Sacramento River between Glenn and Butte Counties is back on the job after approaches washed out last November by high water were repaired. The first crossing in the resumed service was made at daylight Saturday from the Glenn side at Ord. The ferry is expected to remain in service until next winter's high water."
