Hot oil from Mobil Oil's Torrance refinery sprayed into the air forming a vapor cloud, which drifted downward releasing oil droplets. No injuries or fires were reported, but Mobil Oil Co. expects to receive approximately 10,000 claims from people whose cars were damaged. Here, people along Oregon Court came out to inspect the damage.
