Jacobs, Head of the Casualties and Allotments Section by direction of Randall Jacobs, the Chief of Naval Personnel in the Navy Department, to Isidore B. Dockweiler informing that Edward Vincent Dockweiler is listed as a prisoner of war in a report "US/716" by the Prisoner of War Information Bureau. Information regarding prisoners of war is enclosed with the letter.
