The article partially reads, "Quarters of Division 32 of Municipal Court in Van Nuys do not measure up to fire department regulations according to a fire department expert...Judge Philbrick McCoy, presiding in Valley court, expressed his agreement and said safer and larger quarters for conducting hundreds of cases in the court are greatly needed. Coming to his aid in search of a solution to the problem was Nathan 'Mike' Martin, prominent Valley realtor and overall chairman of the manpower committee for the Jewish Welfare drive for a $11,700,000 fund."
