Photograph of a drawing. "$4,000,000 Labor Center -- Drawing of new building to be erected by American Federation of Labor at Vermont Avenue and Second Street. Besides containing offices for various unions and meeting halls, a huge auditorium for mass meetings and conventions is included in separate building at right. Total cost will be $4,000,000. Construction will begin in 30 days." -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated 21 November 1945.
