Photograph caption dated October 26, 1956 reads "Van Nuys High's powerful and speedy fullback, Jerry Mollett, leads undefeated teammates against Canoga Park at Van Nuys in Valley League opener. Big game tops three-game slate that also features North Hollywood at Reseda this evening and San Fernando at Birmingham this afternoon. Mollett has averaged over 11 yards per carry in three practice games this year."
