Photograph of Engine House No.18 on Hobart Boulevard, West Adams [s.d.]. The two-story Spanish-style building features multi-curved parapets, stucco walls, and Spanish-tiled roofs. Two turrets flank the multi-curved gable just above the second floor balcony. A engraved sign above the balcony reads: "Engine House No.18". A large pole can be seen above this sign. A tall tower, situated on the right corner of the building, occupies some space inside the enclosed courtyard. To the far right, part of a large tree is visible. The House was designed by John Parkinson and is HCM #349 it's also on the National Register of Historic Places.
