Description
Photograph caption dated October 21, 1958 reads "Alva Holloway, retired Indian farmer who came to California several years ago to reside in San Fernando, seems flabbergasted at the results of a volunteer vine that developed into a 30-foot producer. Holloway, who farmed for a living in the Midwest, displays lenghty pumpkin vine in his back yard at 820 N. Brand Blvd."
