Description
This is a note that was dated November 15th, 1886. The top half of the ripped note lists names in a column. The second column lists the number of shares and the third lists the number of votes. At the end of the second and third columns the total number of shares and votes are tallied, respectively. L. F. Gay, J. W. Burdette, John F. Horsley, Eliza Chaffey, E. E. Leach, M. J. Dyan, L. S. Dyan, and G. J. Harris are all listed in the first column. The bottom half of the ripped note, is a note from Mary J. Dyan. The note appoints L. S. Dyan as her attorney to vote for her and otherwise represent her at the annual meeting of the stockholders of the San Antonio Water Company.
