Description
Maps, hotel brochures, Grand Canyon Natural History Association publications. Of note is an original silk screen print by Louie Ewing, used as a promotional postcard by The Bishop's Lodge in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Also included in a separate, oversize folder are multiple maps, mostly U.S. Geological Survey Topographic and Reconnaisance maps of quadrants of California (including Palo Alto), Arizona, Nebraska, Illinois, Indiana, Utah, Ohio, Colorado, California, New Jersey, and New York. An AAA map from 1961-1962 has been traced over with green marker, perhaps a planned travel route through the Northwestern U.S. and Canada.
