Photograph caption date stamped June 1, 1960 reads "Wayne Hammett, 3, and Beckie Lesnick, 86, have a common bond despite an age difference--knocking down bowling pins. Wayne, son of Alice Hammett, the instructor at West Valley Bowl in Canoga Park, has been bowling six months and has a 70 average. His 86-year-old counterpart took up the game two weeks ago. Shown with them is Mrs. Hammett."
