Description
Guardstone with a five-hooded Nāgarāja at left side of the steps of the image house. Gneiss. Height: 1.110 m. The figure is holding a traditional long stem with a lotus flower in the right hand and a vase of abundance in the left hand. One of the two nandi is beside his left leg. A similar one in slightly worse condition is found on the right side of the steps. The Buddha statue may be from the 9th or 10th C. CE.
