In 1926 a girls camp was opened in Griffith Park, located in the Dam Canyon. Here we have 4 different views of the camp area. In the upper left we have the entrance gate, with signs. In the upper right is the camp swimming pool, laid out on top of a ledge with a view of Glendale, Burbank and parts of Los Angeles below. In the lower left is a picture of The camp director, Helen Pontius. And in the lower right an overview of the camp dining hall and spread around the grounds the 16 cabins for the girls.
