Photograph caption dated July 31, 1954 reads, "It must go - Charles Beachman and his son, Charles Jr., move chairs from half-century-old building at 129 Macneil St., San Fernando. Colorful old mansion, decorated with gingerbread adornments and trimmed in morning glories, must go.
