Photograph caption dated February 19, 1955 reads "Grand theft victim." The article partially reads "Newly-wed Howard E. Durham, 34, of Stafford, Ariz., is in City Jail today booked on two counts of grand theft following a complaint by a North Hollywood divorcee. Mrs. Leola Nichols, 39, of 6049 1/2 Lankershim Blvd., charged that Durham, jilted her after taking $1,500 from a joint bank account, jewelry, and her car."
