The best photograph of the eclipse. "Watch your credit | International Newsreel Photo | 273003 | The best photograph of the sun's eclipse | The above photograph of the eclipse, made by William Henry, astronomical-photographer expert, especially for the International Newsreel at C.W. Elmer's observatory at Southold, Long Island, and is the most perfect impression of the solar phenomena at its totality. The sun is completely obscured by the moon. This picture was made from the approximate centre [sic] of the eclipsical [sic] path. L-1-24-25 AB." -- typed note attached to verso.
