Description: Saigon: Refugees on board convoy buses -- en route from Nha Trang to Saigon -- reach down to get rice from local villagers as they move along Highway 1, 3/27. Villagers in the Van Ninh district had voluntarily cooked rice and gave it to the fleeing refugees.
