Burbank Municipal Judge Leonard W. Hamner ordered Matthew bound over for arraignment in Dept. 41 of Superior Court Nov. 14 at 9 a.m. At yesterday's preliminary hearing, four women testified that Matthews had forced them at gunpoint to submit to his advances in their Burbank and Glendale homes."
