Caption reads, "Fifteen 'Negro' and white demontrators were arrested by police. Police charged their picketing of a White Citizens Council meeting prevented the members from leaving a parking lot at the Los Angeles Breakfast Club." The club is located at 3201Riverside Drive, Los Feliz.
