Description
Dress of cotton voile in a blue and white floral print. Sleeveless. Has a "cape" collar that extends all the way around. The belt (same fabric)is attached in front. Cotton lace trim on collar and small jabot. 15 decorative white buttons down center back. Snaps closed at side. Three kick pleats in front & back of skirt. Tag reads "Betsyanne Frocks."
