Description
Photograph of interior of Shrine Temple (later Shrine Auditorium) showing stage, February 1926. In the foreground at left, curved rows of seats can be seen extending to the large stage at right. A decorative curved archway frames the stage, and a fringe curtain hangs at the peak of the arch. Painted images can be seen on the walls to the left and right of the large archway. The paintings depict a large city at center with robed men and camels on either side. At the center of the stage, pieces of rectangular stone and stone columns can be seen. To the far left, a large soundboard with three arches can be seen. At the top of the auditorium, a decorative chandelier is visible.
