Photograph caption dated November 23, 1954 reads "Easter has own chores, too. Easter waits for puppies to nap to take care of her own chores, namely maintaing (sic) egg production record at Hotchkiss ranch. She can't risk going to own quarters to lay eggs; puppies, she says, would be upset to wake up and find her gone."
