Description
According to 1950s product sheets, the 4CX250K is a "compact radial beam tetrode with a maximum plate dissipation rating of 250 watts and a maximum input power rating of 500 watts. The 4CX250K is of ceramic and metal construction and recommended for use in equipments of new design." Applications as R-F amplifier, Class-B television visual, and plate-pulsed oscillator. "3D-11970" etched on exterior.
