Description
Copper and brass telegraph key fitted to heavy stone base; no manufacturer. Described on the original Foothill Electronics Museum accession record as follows: "Heavy duty telegraph key for use with radio transmitter. Mounted on a marble? base. Light contacts at side, but appears it could be used to carry more current with the larger contacts underneath. The construction implies that these contacts were not merely the adjustable 'stop.' Date unknown, might be most anything before 1930."
