Description: The guest house, known as 'The '47 House', was completed in 1947. Written on reverse: "#4 See upstairs outdoor balcony overlooks Pacific. Where we can see the sea from our bedroom. Fireplace will come thru near balcony. The rear towards mountains is my studio above. Rics hobby shop below"
