The Communist Party is located in barren offices at 206 S. Spring St., Los Angeles. Its Southern California chairman is Mrs. Dorothy Healey... Mrs. Healey - A short, smiling brunette with a streak of gray hair, Mrs. Healey ('Call me Dorothy') lives in a small pink house in East Los Angeles. She said she has been chairman of the Communist Party in Southern California since 1950.
