Photograph caption dated November 4, 1949 reads, "Lovely Jane Russell, R.K.O. actress, admires another type of beauty in the unusual floral arrangement created by Ethel Beam, New York artist at the recent show held at the Hele Potteries on Kling St. Miss Beam named the graceful piece of driftwood used in the arrangement, "dancing girl." The show also featured patio arrangements using desert materials, sun glass and Hele pottery."
