Description
Lecture given to public in conjunction with the exhibition Facing West: Art in Laguna Beach After 1945 (August 27-October 31, 1983). Exhibition and lecture looks at art in Laguna Beach in the postwar period with artists who have been important in the local art community as well as key players in the development of West Coast art. Exhibition is the fourth exhibition in a year-long series celebrating the Museum''s 7th annniversary. Show was part of the series, Art in Laguna, 1918-1993.
