Description
on back: "This was a small four arc set with the arcs set one above the other the carbon tube of the top arc resting at "striking" distance just above copper ring which also has a direct metallic connection with the next carbon tube just below. By this arrangement the four arcs are really in series one above the other, ending in the copper ferule of the bottom arc."
