Campbell, in the Clerk's Office of the District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania."--text, bottom center margin. "Max Rosenthal"--text, handwritten signature in pencil, bottom right margin. "M. Rosenthal, Lith."--text, bottom right margin. "Protestant Episcopal Church, United States, 1859. Dedicated by permission to the presiding Bishop, The Right Rev. Thos. Church Brownell, D.D.L.L.D."--text, bottom center margin.
