Photograph caption dated November 18, 1960 reads "Mrs. Brien Russell, 27, beams at her new baby boy, Jeffrey, who was first child born in new Pacoima Memorial Lutheran Hospital, open one week Thursday. Jeffrey, who weighed in at seven pounds, was born Wednesday and will make his home with Mom and Dad Russell at 10621 Commerce Ave., Tujunga."
