The correct address for the First Presbyterian Church of North Hollywood is 5000 Colfax Avenue, North Hollywood.
Photograph caption dated September 21, 1959 reads, "The Rev. Edward James Caldwell, second from right, gives Mrs. Ottis Cooper, head chef, fond glance after sampling fried chicken at first fall family fellowship recently. Meals for entire family will be served at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church of North Hollywood, 500 [sic] Colfax Ave. Also appreciative of Mrs. Cooper's talents are Wade Weaver, dinner chairman, and Janis Caldwell, 10, pastor's daughter."
