Photograph caption dated September 23, 1959 reads, "Finished product - Valley Brick Co. employees move "cubes" containing from 335 to 500 finished bricks for delivery after they have completed cooling period in kiln. Bricks are stacked securely and wrapped by strap before they are moved by loader. At right of photo is partially dismantled kiln showing wall of brick and mud constructed around kiln before firing begins.
