Description
Writing from Dublin, Lawrence laments the inadequacy of the National Library of Ireland in Dublin to help answer Mr. Lucas' second question. He facetiously refers to the popularity of the book "The Unspeakable Scot" which criticizes the Scotch people [such as Archer].
