Gus Salevurakis -- 10 years Jimmy Frlekin (cq) -- 8 1/2 years Johnny Zuanich -- 6 1/2 years Raymond Frlekin (cq) Robert Randall -- 3 years. Supplementary material reads: "Gershon. City desk. Illus. Pancake Day. It was Kiwanis International 'Pancake Day' in San Pedro and the organization served 3,000 kiddies and their parents with flapjacks from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. proceeds go to support of the San Pedro Kiwanis' boys activities throughout the year. No. 1: Gus Salevurakis, 10, takes oversized bite of pancake. No. 2: Concentrating on flapjacks are left to right: Jimmy Frlekin (correct) 8 1/2, Johnny Zuanich, 6 1/2, while Raymond Frlekin (correct) expresses interest in camera shot.
