The text around the image describes Mammoth Tree Grove of Calaveras County. "Sun Print. Anthony & Baker SC. Entered according to Act of Congress, in the year 1854, by James M. Hutchings, in the Clerks' Office of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California."--text, below image. Paper color: buff.
