Photograph caption dated February 8, 1956 reads "Wants station." The article partially reads "Burbank's sixth fire station will be constructed on city-owned property fronting Bel Air drive between Tufts avenue and Uclan drive despite protests from some 700 persons in the adjacent residential area. Joseph Spanich, 931 Irving Dr., headed a delegation who attended the crowded session to seek approval of the zone change to permit construction of the station."; See images #00136657 through #00136658 for all photos in this series.
