Description
Railway car No. 26 stops before entering a tunnel in Alum Rock Park. A conductor and driver stand at either end of the car." A male passenger is visible standing in the car's entrance. On the ground the narrow gauge track is joined by a spur track. The electric trains of the San Jose and Santa Clara Railway Company were a popular way to reach the park before automobiles became common.
