Description: The Spink Engineering Company is the subject of the this 1960 photograph. It was located at 901 through 911 Fifth Street. Joseph E. Spink founded this engineering company which survived his death and worked on jobs such as Sacramento State's Guy West Bridge, the Sunrise Village Apartment complex, and various municipal projects. In May of 1960, fire destroyed the second floor office of this building.
