Balance sheet describes rent balances and equipment sale for former lessee George Kazuo Kawaichi. See Items csudh_rsp_1112, Item csudh_rsp_1115 and Item csudh_rsp_1114 for related correspondence referring to the sale of equipment and leases. Kawaichi was evacuated referring to the mass removal ("evacuation") of persons of Japanese ancestry from the West Coast as directed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, Executive Order 9066.
