Photograph caption dated February 5, 1960 reads, "Joseph R. Bailey, left, retiring president of Mission Hills Chamber of Commerce, turns gavel over to Atus P. Reuther, seated left, new president, at installation dinner also attended by Mrs. Bailey and William Neighbors, field secretary to Mayor Norris Poulson, who served as master of ceremonies. Jim Moran, assistant to Supervisor Warren Dorn, installed officers at event at Andre's Smoke House."
