Torso portrait of John Lefurgey in military uniform. Postcard mounted in folder.
2015-1651.
John Lefurgey (Feb. 14th 1893 - Dec. 12th 1966). Lefurgey was born in Daggett, CA to Soloman Lefurgey of Prince Edward Island, Canada and Amanda Stevenson. He worked in construction until drafted by the U.S. Army and assigned to Camp Kearny, where he worked in the Quartermaster Corps. He died in Wheatland, CA in 1966.
