Description
Black velvet dress, V-neck front, scoop back neckline. Long sleeves with circle flared overlayed cuffs, with cream silk lining. Shirring vertical bands in center front & sides at dropped waist . Skirt flarring wide to hem, shorter front to back. Cream silk lining on inside of skirt back. Large velvet bow placed diagonally at waist back, insides of loops lined with cream silk.
