Regular cursive.
Margins: top, 3.5 cm.; left, 2 cm.; bottom, 5.5 cm.
In the top margin there is a notice of receipt.
The nummber "19" is written in red ink in the left bottom corner.
On verso (along the fibers) address.
Polemon urges his "brother" Menches to hasten the collection of the taxes. The text is dated year 3 of King Ptolemy IX Soter II, the 19th of the Egyptian month Pachon (June 6, 114 B.C.)
