Authorization to preach at M. P. Church, Cincinnati, signed by John C. Martin, secretary, dated May 30, 1857, to H.B. Miller, licensee. Authorization letter is in damaged condition with multiple stains, deep signs of aging, and multiple rips and missing pieces along the borders.
