The article partially reads "At the newly constructed $400,000 Los Angeles Retarded Children's Home in Bouquet Canyon five miles northeast of Newhall none of the patients can ever expect to be cured. At best, experts say, the retarded children can learn to perform simple tasks that will make their lives somewhat fuller. The 65-acre facility, which includes dormitory facilities for 50 and feeding facilities for 100, is best known as Larc Ranch." The facility is for adults.
