Description
Back is stamped "Clyde Arbuckle," and was probably part of Arbuckle's files at one point in time. A typed caption is attached to the image: "Unidentified adobe building south of Alviso, typical of adobe buildings, that occupied San Jose's countryside in early days. This one appears to have been on that portion of Rancho Rincon de los Esteros confirmed to Francisco Berryessa et al, after American occupation of California.
