Description
Letter requesting packets to be used by cameramen for filming Eulogy to 5:02 sequences be sent to those USIS posts serving the locations selected for the film. Texts of two messages - one to attach to packets for photographers the post's Motion Picture Officer or Public Affairs Officer will hire and the second, to attach to those packets the MPO or PAO will forward to photographers BH already had for their area, are included. A third message, to be sent to all USIS posts, requesting information on their weather conditions at 5:02 p.m. Greenwich time, May 18, 1965, and English language editions of the news of that day there, is also given. Accompanied by a handwritten draft of the letter.
