Description: A five-man reception committee for the Iowa Association of Southern California Bixby Park picnic stands together under the shade of a tree. They wear a variety of suit styles and have committee service ribbons on their lapels. Hung on the tree behind them is an Iowa flag. An American flag is also partly visible in the background at left.
