A multitude of World War I soldiers, all wearing flower wreaths around their necks, are welcomed back with a party held at Pershing Square. Signs reading, 'Patriotic Mothers.' and 'War Camp Community Service - Welcome Back,' can be seen in the background, as well as a long table with food items at center right. Two large buildings are bordering the park. Photograph dated 1918.
